It sounds like you might want to consider a multi-stage event based around the Penticton area. You could camp and hike in Okanagan mountain park, camp on Skaha beach and climb the bluffs, rent a hotel room and hit up the casino and the nightclubs in town, rent bikes and take the kettle valley trail up to summerland or through Naramata, rent a boat and cruise up Okanagan lake, go swimming, and throw a wine tour in along the way (which sounds girly, but is perfectly suited to jackassery after about the second winery).
I'd recommend renting a house on the water if you can get it. In the heart of the summer, that'd run you about $3500 for a week, but would fit a fairly large group, and allow you to have some private shenanigans. Of course, there's no shortage of hotels either.
