In-Box Bettman:
Due to scheduling constraints and hopefully not having the next pick on Wednesday. Icarus and Montana Moe have been moved up to spots 16 and 17. Iggy's Forehead has been moved down to 18. To be fair this will be permanent and will affect other rounds (ie. Iggy will draft in front of Icarus and Moe in even rounds).
