I think he's pisssed for one of two reasons.

1) He was hoping to hold out for The Biggest Loser - Prison Edition

2) He was so fat that he didn't have to worry about what might happen if he were to drop the soap in the shower because it was physically impossible unless Long Dong Silver was doing a stint in the same joint. Now that he's lost the weight, he's fair game.
