I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because..some people out there in our nation...don't have maps...and I believe our education over in the Iraq or South Africa everywhere like such as..and the education over here should help the US...or should the help the Iraq and should help the (ding!) South Africa so we will be able to build up our future!
