Seriously though, China went and politicized the Olympics as their entry on to the top tier of modern civilized nations and it should be no surprise it is being turned around on them. People are not going to let them just pay lip-service when such horrible crimes are being commited.
The United States is FAR from perfect, and gets a rough ride from a lot of people including me, but that is just because they are a leader in the world and expectations SHOULD be high.
When you apply the same high standards to China you realize just how good America is (despite its warts).
I don't know of any American bloggers (frikkin bloggers!) being imprisoned in hard labour camps for years and years?! Not to mention all the other crimes against humanity...
