Mccree, you can get the code within Mario Kart via the Channel or below:

• At the Wii Menu, click on Message button in the lower right corner
• Click on Create Message button in the lower left corner
• Click on Address Book, after it opens to Page 1, click Left Arrow
• This is the cover of the Address Book with your Wii code
