So if she killed him she would be trapped and would die.
Add to that the fact that she would have a serious case of Stockholm syndrome; especially with the captor being her father. She was abused as a child so he already had a hold on her from the time she was a little girl. I'm sure he convinced her that she would be looked upon unfavourably for having children from her own father.
