I listen to my iPod all the time, unless I am at home. Even just to walk around the mall or the grocery store. I attribute it to my short attention span. Without music, I wouldn't be able to ride Calgary Transit that's for sure, the sound of people breathing in my ear gives me the heebie-jeebies. It's also great for drowning out the inane conversations you get to over-hear on a daily basis.
