Correct, for the Central team league.

LAST difference between the leagues... there is NO commitment line for the SW league.

Sometimes in the SW league, the umpire will have you touch a "second" home plate (about 8 feet to the right of the normal one). It's inconsistent though, not every umpire does that, so ask before each game.
