I've been working at home for 15 years and it would take a lot to get me to change. I own my own business so there's really no reason to change, but I figure I'd have to earn at least 30K more a year working outside the home to even get me to think about doing it. The home office lifestyle, plus tax benefits involved with a home business, make it a very enjoyable setup for me.
My one piece of advice would be to schedule a half hour or hour every day to get out of the house to get some exercise. Working at home can be a pretty sedentary lifestyle so getting a little exercise is good for both your health and productivity. Of course I'm terrible at doing it and need to practice what I preach.
