i would personally get it for the 360 because of the 2 exclusive episodes the xbox is getting (i think they paid rockstar $50 million for them).
The other thing to consider is what your friends have, since the online stuff looks amazing this time around. Having you and 15 friends running around the city causing havok...AWESOME!

Here is the gametrailers review (i personally like their reviews over ign and the other sites). All that footage is from the 360 and doesn't look bad at all (the draw distance is crazy, which makes me think the pop-in isn't really that much/bad but also makes me think the ps3 version must be crazy).
