You can book as many as you like; as long as there are still Air Miles seats left on the plane.

I think there is X number of seats on every flight that the rewards companies can use, and are likely discounted. So if there's only 4 Airmiles seats left, you cannot buy 5.

Also be ready to pay for about 40-60% of what regular airfare would be in the form of taxes.
