Nope...it's a simple case of WTF: The can was inside an unopened 12-pack on a standard-height countertop. The top just popped outward for no known reason, and managed to create enough spray to penetrate the box, to reach the ceiling, and to coat the surrounding three walls...up to 4 feet away horizontally. I wish I'd seen it happen.
