Seeing as how I bought my new vehicle off CP, I figured giving CP a shot to sell my old one.
1995 Mercury Sable
- ~181,000 km, mainly highway driving since I've owned it.
- Air Conditioning, Alloy Wheels, CD Player, Dual Air Bag, Intermittent Wipers, Power Brakes, Power Mirrors, Power Steering, Power Windows, Rear Defroster, Tilt Steering, Bucket Seats, Power Locks, Cruise Control.
- Receintly has had brake lights and carborator fan replaced.
- Factory radio included tape deck. Replaced with AM/FM/CD Player.
I'm looking for someone to take it off my hands for
$500 (as is).
I'm also throwing in a full set of winter tires, approx. 4 seasons old.
Now, I'm not going to lie here either. This car has some scars, and needs some work.
- Small rust patch on driver's side behind rear door.
- Some what seems to be sun damage on rear bumper.
- Windshield has 3 seperate cracks, not quite in line of sight, but best to get a replacement.
- Breaks and Muffler need work.
- It's also leaking what I believe to be coolant.
With all that going for it, it was consistently getting from Coventry Hills to Chinook and back on a daily basis with absolutely no problems.
I am very flexible on the price if you think this is an issue, but compairable Sables are listed closer to $5k on autotrader.ca. But as I said, I am flexible on the price.
It's been a great car for me, and I'd still be driving it if I didn't get a great deal on a more practicle vehicle for me and my family.
