I would rather have them rubbing out terrorists!

On a serious note, while I do see the connection they are making and it does have some merit, I doubt it would do as much as they are thinking it will. If someone is willing to commit sexual assault to 'relieve' themselves then lack of some glossy pages for them to stick together isn't going to really change that much.

A better solution would be looking into government contracted brothels
