In a salary cap world it's also brilliant if you can make it work because after prior off-field screwups these players can only demand a shadow of their former earning potential. Dallas also employs the NFL's largest team of specialists to help out troubled players too. In the end if someone like TO can actually think about people other than himself and befriend his QB, Tank Johnson can buy less guns, and Pac-man Jones buy less hookers and blow it works out better for the players too.
