It's pretty cool actually. A friend of mine is ethnic Chinese, but her family has lived in Jamaica for generations. She's lost her accent but her mom, a 58 yr old Asian woman talks with a perfect Rastafarian accent. You kind of expect her to sound one way but instead it's WAYYYYY off the mark... pretty awesome!

No dreads that's part of the shock value- it's obviously not Adrienne Clarkson but her look is more or less the same. Picture looking at this:

It's seriously the most cool / awesome thing you'll ever hear. You'll do a double take, I guarantee it, everyone does. She even acts like she's from the island, always welcoming you in and stuffing you with food.
