It's pretty cool actually. A friend of mine is ethnic Chinese, but her family has lived in Jamaica for generations. She's lost her accent but her mom, a 58 yr old Asian woman talks with a perfect Rastafarian accent. You kind of expect her to sound one way but instead it's WAYYYYY off the mark... pretty awesome! Now that is just wierd. I once dated a girl who was Chinese that was born in Auckland, which I thought was odd, but a rasta-oriental??? Did she have dreads?
