I'm looking to get a new credit card but with so many options out there it can be difficult to compare the various cards, their pros and their cons.

Does anyone know of an effective way to gather information about the various cards (both about credit companies, and variations on the cards they offer)?

I have found some good advice in this thread (although I am not a student): http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showthread.php?t=53671. Still it is hard to compile all the information in one place.

Any advice?
