I don't remember the exact brand of the company that makes them, but I did a bit of research on the garage door opener and ended up with one from Home Depot. I have a higher end model of it but if it means anything to you; from my bonus room; when the opener is running; it is quieter than my neighbor's door opener unit. <single family dwelling, attached only by a few feet of common walkway/yard>

Anyway, whatever brand is sold at Home Depot, is rebadged for Sears so you'll be getting the same product.
