Amen - if I have to watch a commercial half naked women selling anything is OK with me and better than majority of the stuff out there.
Kokanee has a couple of good commercials but you have to visit their site since they are not work safe.
PVR is the best thing to get, pause your show do a couple of things and then start watching, you fast forward through all the commercials. Best $500 I spent.
