I don't think it was a 911 call, but rather a call to the general police department (like calling Calgary's 266-1234).You can hear the operator say "..... department" at the very beginning. But even then, it's a pretty freakin' hilarious call.
I can't believe some of these stupid people actually function in society. And she even bred and had kids too...
