The only teams it works on is usually dumb ones who have no idea how to work the clock.

Rasho needs to be a bigger part of the offense. He has shown a good amount of touch around the basket and for whatever reason vs. small teams without a real big man, they haven't wanted to pressure inside enough.

I think the team needs to add a bonified starter at the SF/SG position and they'd be set.

Couldn't agree more with everything. Mitchell's attitude has been perfect for this young team, but his strategies have been terribly off, and at times, too predictable. In fairness to him though, he doesn't have very many scoring options to go with (I'm beginning to sound like a broken record with this). I think Rasho has been great this year...in spurts though. I think that's more telling of his age though. He's quietly been a leader by example, but his diminishing abilities due to his age have been holding him back from having consistent performances. With regards to getting a bonified starter at the SF/SG position, I agree, but I think there's more to be desired. Considering Rasho will be 1 year older next year, the C is going to need help too. There really are 3 positions that need to be covered before this team really does anything. I really hope Mitchell plays Bargnani until he's bone tired. This team isn't going anywhere this year, and playing Bargnani will be good practice for the guy. Sitting him doesn't do anything for him as there are only marginal options to go to aside from him - ala Delfino. I still think this summer if the budget and smart managing allow for it, getting Mike Miller and Samuel Dalembert could work wonders for the team and they both wouldn't break the bank.
