I don't think Mitchell is running the team properly. Love his enthusiasm, but I'm not sure of his technical ability. The Raptors "help" system tends to get exploited mercilessly by good teams, especially ones that love ball movement and can work the clock. The only teams it works on is usually dumb ones who have no idea how to work the clock.

Rasho needs to be a bigger part of the offense. He has shown a good amount of touch around the basket and for whatever reason vs. small teams without a real big man, they haven't wanted to pressure inside enough.

I think the team needs to add a bonified starter at the SF/SG position and they'd be set.
