Great move by Ricciardi, as Frank pulled the same garbage in Chicago, cripes he was sat down and completely flamed out rather than worrying about the team. Cue the Bonds express to the Jays, and I hope he has finished a good cycle of roids and has a fresh batch of the clear at the ready.

edit-If you think about it Bonds is the perfect fit, the Jays need left handed pop in between the gaggle of righties, he runs better than Frank, has a killer eye, doesn't rush Lind ahead of schedule........but he comes with more baggage than anyone in MLB history. I'd sign him in a second and will buy the Jersey, this could be an awesome travelling circus!
