Also, if you watch the video, that game would have the worst control response time I've ever seen... The girl's moving her hips back and forth far quicker than the 'stream' is changing directions...
The comment posters say it was an April Fool's joke. I dodn't look into it any further than that but it agrees with the 'evidence' of the video.
