If Jarred Allen does get traded...than I think the Chiefs could look at either Dorsey, Ellis or Gholsten with the number 5 pick. Take Allen away and that defensive line is down to one piece in Hali and a couple of scrubs. If they do trade Allen I wouldn't be adverse to shopping that #5 pick to move down and pick up another pick in the early 2nd or late first round if possible. I don't know if I'd want to invest a first round pick, especially one that high in a QB. I've read a few reports suggesting that Brohm will be the better player than Matt Ryan...than again some people claimed that of Ryan Leaf over Peyton Manning at one point too and how dumb are they now?

In short if the Chiefs did trade Allen...they need help every where on that team. The only positions where they don't totally blow look to be Safety and Line Backer. Other than that...they will need serious help every where else.
