The whole 'eating out' thing is why so many people are obese. Personally I think resturants should be required to show on their menus how many calories are in each dish.

I don't eat out. A few weeks ago I was away on business for a few days and had no choice. Especially when your in all day meetings that are catered. I tried my best, but it wasn't the same as making meals at home. If I'm in a pinch I'll get a 6" chicken breast on whole wheat loaded with vegetables with no sauce or cheese at subway. But you can't eat that every meal.
