Calories are just a measure of energy, and alone are a poor judge of how good a food is for you. Maybe how big a portion is, but that's about it.

Not saying those restaurant foods won't have some bad fat content, but that would be the info I would be most interested and concerned about.
Gotta disagree with this too.

Bad fat is bad for you....sure, but it won't necessarily make you 'fat.'

Eating more calories than your body can burn WILL make you fat.
