Its unreal how unhealthy those chain restaurants are. I used to work at Earls and one day we got the nutritional information for our food and it was unreal.
The typical extra value meal at McDonalds w/ a diet soda has about 800 calories. The typical meal at Earls was twice that. We had one dessert that had close to 2000 calories (the caromel explosion) and a side of ranch sauce had like 400 or 500 calories in it....

Penne Alfredo w/out meat: 1521 Calories
A side of fries 776 calories (twice that of most fast food places)
Warm feta and Spinach dip (a starter) 1447
Bento Box (also a starter and sounds like a healthy alternative): 1325 Calories
Its too bad they don't have the caramel explosion brownie thing on there anymore. That one would have taken the cake.
