These parents need beaten silly then have the child taken away and put on a farm here in iowa so he knows what hard work is about. Then the only thing the kid has to worry about is getting kicked in the Balls while milking the cow instead of being shot at 10. This is horrible. I dont understand gangs what so ever.

I know the area that I live in we have alot a mexican "gangs" until spring and summer when all the hells angels come out of hibernation then all of a sudden the mexicans go into hiding. I dont understand that way of life
