Superstore's "Blue Label" Black Bean soup. It's like $1.99, and tastes great. Good for you, pop top, easy to make, mu8ch better quality "soup in a can" than Chunky soup or other alternatives. Most days I have this, I bring some crispbread to have with it.

PC "Blue Label" yogurt with some kind of cereal dumped in it. Cereal with yogurt is always a favorite.

Some kind of microwaveable "noodle box," can't remember the brand names I usually get off the top of my head. I supplement this by throwing a handful of baby carrots, a stalk of broccoli, a red pepper, and any other assorted veggies into a ziploc bag. While the box is in the mic at work, I cut/wash the veggies, and add them to the noodles after they're done. Another 1 minute zap in the mic, and boom, done.

Uncle Ben's Pre-Cooked Rice (the 2 minutes in the microwave version) with frozen vegetables. I take a tupperware container and throw a handful or two of frozen mixed veggies in it. Usually some sort of "Asian mixed" variety (with water chestnuts, baby corn, snow peas, peppers, onions, etc.). A couple splashes of soya sauce and some "sambal halek" (spicy Indian hot sauce) in there next. When I get to work, 2 minutes for each thing (the veggies and the rice) in 2 different mic's, mix together, done.

Ambrosia apples

Berry flavored Lipton green tea

The President's Choice Blue Label Lentil soup is good too. I do like the black bean too. Makes a great lunch.
