Alright to change the vibe a bit here's a recipe you can throw together to make a couple of day's worth of lunches.
1 500g pack of egg noodles
100g of snow peas (the bags are usually 200g)
3-4 handfulls of bean sprouts
1 red pepper, sliced very thin
diced hot peppers to taste
diced cilantro to taste
dressing:
1 part sesame oil
1 part peanut butter
2 parts thai chili sauce
1 part garlic oil
juice of 2 limes
Fry the noodles in sesame oil very lightly (5 minutes) and throw everything into a big bowl. Mix together, serve. Takes 15 minutes and makes 3-5 servings. Woo! If I'm inspired tomorrow I'll share a chick pea salad that takes even less time.
