Only thing I can see it lacking is a built in FTP site. If I wanted network attached storage, I would want to be able to access it from outside my home otherwise I would go with a far cheaper USB or FireWire drive.

For about $60 more, Memory Express has one that does have FTP built in and it's a Gigabit drive.
