I did talk to my ISP yesterday, and they said according to what they can see....there is a problem with Qwest equipment, or one of their routing tables.
I also contacted the guys who host the server where I'm connecting too, and they said they'll try to pressure their upstream provider to do something.
Qwest has hung up on me 3 more times today.....apparently they don't give a crap if someone is wrong with them, but, well....I'm not a paying customer.
