As for the people who don't like the Livestrong wristband thing, I wear mine because I believe in the cause. I raised a few thousand and actually got to ride with Lance last year. I don't wear it because it's some kind of fashion statement.

I think for a guy like you there's authenticity involved that that people that know you in real life see. I know that you bike to work from somewhere in the south just from all the time I spend here. If I knew you in person I doubt that I'd give your livestrong bracelet a second thought, so I'm sure that everyone else that knows you sees it more or less the same way.
That's not to say that you have to be an avid cyclist to be entitled to wear one of those things. It just bridges the gap.
