It was a great episode for a 'middle of the season' episode but I have to admit I'd have been a bit choked by that ending had it proven to be the season finale this year (if the strike hadn't ended). Cool to see Michael's time off the island. Would love to know just how easy it is for the Others to get on and off the island ... does the flashback in this episode take place before Locke blew up the submarine or after?
Ben is hands down the best villian I have ever seen on TV and at this point I don't even know if he's a villian or not. The producers of Lost had an interview which said that the majority of the answers they were going to provide this season were meant to be given in the latter half ... definitely interested to see what they have in store for us.

I've been re-watching the old Lost seasons, and I am on season 2 right now. Ben has recently been captured by the group, and after being locked up for a few days or something, he gets let out by Jack for some cereal. What happens next is truly frightening!
