ummm after reading that page that was linked in the op, i came across this

"ON-LINE - Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard through the PeopleSoft Student Center. To access the Student Center, login to the myUofC Portal and click on the PeopleSoft Student Center link. Once in, under the heading Student Financials, click on Make a Payment. Paying Fees through PeopleSoft."

now either i missed something or.......?
