I personally don't have a moral problem with it (unless the only reason why people buy them is to re-sell them at a higher price). If you're a season ticket holder and you can't make it to some games, then by all means, sell for whatever you can get.
I just wouldn't want to see you get into trouble if this thing escalates to where the police or Flames get involved...
