Have you already paid for the game or is it COD? If it's already paid for (which most likely is the case here), then make sure you will get your money back if you send it back. Refusing the package is usually not the proper way to return items and will usually result in more fees from the vendor (if they even accept the parcel back). The Canada Post fees you are talking about are just duty and GST. They will be very small compared to a company like UPS who also charges you brokerage on top of the other two charges, so rejecting the parcel on this basis is just silly.
