Arca Sim Racing? If so, I was thinking of getting it, but was waiting for more feedback on it first. Since it's coming out of the US it's probably hung up at the border. Pretty standard practice for cd/dvd's, as they seem to be cracking down on pirated dvd's and games.(especially out of China) You probably will have to pay for a custom's broker at the very least, probably around $8 or so, depending how it was shipped.

*edit* or as was mentioned above, if it's UPS probably not even worth it to bring it in. I think they charge around $35
