I recently ordered a new racing sim, and it is taking a long time to get to me(already 2 1/2 weeks), and I understand I may have to pay extra fees to get the package from Canada Post when it does arrive, can I refuse the parcel and have it shipped back to the company on their dime or will I have to pay???
