I just saw Apple accounted for 14% of PC sales last month in the US. I remember 2%.

There's not many people around here who remember Hypercard, rebuilding the desktop, searching for mis-behaving extensions, allocating an apps memory or Clarus the dogcow. MOOF!

Anyone here cry when Bill Gates appeared with Steve Jobs at Macworld Boston. Those were some dark times.

I just ordered a iPod Touch through airmiles. That makes 1st gen shuffle, first gen mini, first gen nano, first gen video, first gen touch. I charge $5 to enter my iPod museum.

****Photon, have you repaired your disk permissions with disk utility? I know you got yours second hand, may be worth running.
