And they aren't famous by ANY stretch of the imagination (although hearing my brother talk about them, he makes it sound like they are 100x more famous than the Beatles), there's a band he listens to called the Locust, or any "band" that has a guy named Justin Pearson in it. I put quotation marks around the word "band" because they have about as much musical talent and a sense of what sounds good and what doesn't as a three year old banging on his mom's pots on the kitchen floor. The only difference is is that the three year old's final product sounds MUCH, MUCH better.

Seriously. Download one of their songs, and give it a listen for as long as you can. It's F'N BRUTAL. I've never heard worse music in my entire life, and I really do mean that. And my brother just CRANKS it on his stereo all day long.

I think they made that music to help soothe terminally ill hospital patients. It would probably make the whole dying process much more harsh (and harder on the ears), but I'm sure they'd take comfort knowing that they won't have to hear that crap anymore once they're dead.
