Has anyone successfully returned fakes? If so, what kind of language would one use? I'm thinking I could lodge a complaint with paypal, if the seller doesn't co-operate, as the item was misrepresented...

What does the CPoracle think?

Thanks,

Are you absolutely sure it is fake? I know the jeans come with wash/lab/etc, but the other items don't necessarily. I would try posting a picture at honestforum.com to make sure that it is fake. Is there microsticting (a shiny strip that says diesel) on the tag?

If it does turn out to be fake, then paypal should return your money. Regardless of how the seller advertised the item, it is illegal to sell fake items.

Can you post a link to the ebay item?
