If I hadn't just built myself an almost identical machine I'd be very interested. You'd probably get a lot more if you just parted it out...
ETA: If I were you I'd see what that CPU is going for on ebay. That is going to hold your sale back. Sell the CPU separately, put in something less bleeding edge and drop the price by a couple bills.

True... Or, since I'm selling it for $700.00 less than what it cost me to build, one could look at like they're paying full price for everything else, but getting a $700.00 processor for free.
When you add in the fact that I am also including a $180 set of THX certified, 5.1 Logitech computer speakers for free... it's a pretty crazy deal.
