I always have trouble knowing when I can and can't slash a tire.

More importantly, are the rules constant?
For instance, I now know I can stain someone's seats for parking in a hybrid stall, but what if they park in front of my house. I mean, they're allowed to, but I usually park there. So can I maybe just use a sharpie on the dashboard or something?
