You are deciding that the policy of slower traffic keep right doesn't mean any and all slower traffic, but only involves the people that are at or below the published speed limit. I understand why you want to come up with that connection, it is not completely illogical. But it does not directly exist, and in your quest for fact you are creating a link which is not published (unless it does but have not seen it). It does not say 'slower traffic who are at or below the published speed limit should stay right'.

And what is with the age comment? How old would I have to be to understand the history of which I speak? Hah, if only to be as old and wise as you? Obviously for you to make that odd remark you have no idea how old or 'worldly' I am, but your attempt to make that kind of judgment certainly tells me something about your life experience.

Hey, I disagree with your view of the 'facts', but I believe in driving defensively and courteously, let people in front of me, and try not to cut people off ever--even if different people like to drive at different speeds.
