I used to play at a high level of outdoor soccer when I was 17. I was playing keeper and the other team shot the ball and it hit the cross bar and went up into the air. I looked up but didn't see it (damn sun). The ball comes down and hits me right in the nose and goes in. Most embarrassing goal I have ever let in.
