If it was straight at him along the ice, then sure. But if it went over his shoulder, I dunno man, I think that's on you, no way would he be expecting that. Maybe I'm just backing my bretheren, but I've been scored on quite a few times by my own D-man and it's quite shocking, you just don't expect it. haha nothing like what happened with you though, that'd be quite the thing to see.
